About the job:
- Work on-site (Calle 67 con 7ma, Caracol Radio Building)
- Shift Monday to saturday 8 am – 5 pm
- Base Salary: $3' commissions ($
- Indefinite term contract directly with the company
Requirements:
- B2+ English level
- At least 1 year managing workforce and reporting in the BPO industry
- Bachelor, technician, or technologist
- Advanced dexterity in offimatic tools (Office 360)
- Analysis and comprehension of stadistical data
- Knowledge in Power BI
