to join our team and ensure accuracy, fairness, and efficiency in our claims process.
About The Role
As a
Claims Analyst
, you will be responsible for reviewing, verifying, and processing claims in compliance with company policies and standards. Your role will be key to maintaining client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and accurate reporting.
Main Responsibilities
- Review and analyze claims to determine validity and compliance with company procedures.
- Verify supporting documentation, data accuracy, and policy coverage.
- Communicate with internal teams, clients, or third parties to gather additional information when needed.
- Ensure claims are processed within established timelines and quality standards.
- Maintain detailed records in the cases.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in claims processing, auditing, or administrative roles (experience in healthcare experience is a plus).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- English: Advanced (B2 or higher)
Salary:
Competitive salary package based on experience.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Location:
Onsite – Medellín, Colombia
