We are looking for an
Aftersales Branch Manager
to lead Zoomlion Colombia's nationwide aftersales operations across our business lines:
MEWP, Mobile Crane, Concrete, Forklift, and Foundation
.

This role is key to ensuring
exceptional customer support, efficient technical service, spare parts management, and warranty operations
, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the national aftersales operation, including service, warranty, and support teams.
  • Implement aftersales strategies aligned with business goals and corporate standards.
  • Manage spare parts sales, supplier relations, payments, and invoicing.
  • Oversee warranty claim resolution and compliance with manufacturer and contractual policies.
  • Support the sales team with technical expertise, manuals, and training materials.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with external workshops to ensure nationwide service coverage.
  • Drive initiatives to optimize service costs, reduce lead times, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and corporate policies across all operations.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Manager to obtain equipment operation certificates (CEPD and related).
  • Support logistics with machine enlistment, warranty repairs, and spare parts identification for customs clearance.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Mechanical, Electromechanical, or Industrial Engineering
    (required).
  • Specialization or certification in
    Service Management or Operations
    (desirable).

Experience:

  • At least
    5 years
    in leadership roles in
    aftersales, service, or technical support
    , ideally within
    heavy machinery, construction equipment, or agriculture
    sectors.
  • Proven experience managing
    technical teams, spare parts operations, warranties, and customer service
    processes.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of
    hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems
    .
  • Experience using
    ERP and CRM systems
    for service and inventory management.
  • Familiarity with
    OEM service standards
    , warranty protocols, and field service coordination.

Languages:

  • English:
    Intermediate to Advanced (required).
