About The Role
As a Full-Stack Developer with an AI background, you'll design, build, and scale production-grade web applications that embed LLMs, chatbots, and automation end to end. You'll lead 1–2 flagship initiatives that integrate AI agents into core workflows, demonstrate measurable ROI, and inform future investment, partnering closely with product, data, and external providers.

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs (preferably in Python)
• Build responsive, modular frontends using React, Vue, or Angular
• Design data models and implement performant queries across SQL and NoSQL databases
• Develop and deploy LLM applications and chatbot systems end to end
• Engineer AI-powered features: prompt pipelines, retrieval, and agentic workflows
• Design and implement AI workflows and automation for priority business use cases
• Build GenAI-powered email/template generation and dynamic content tools
• Apply prompt engineering techniques for high-quality, context-aware outputs
• Create proof-of-concepts for 2–3 high-priority use cases and iterate rapidly
• Develop applications using Python and ; integrate with relevant data platforms
• Leverage AWS services to deliver scalable, secure AI deployments
• Translate designs into automated code solutions and reusable components
• Implement automated QA/testing pipelines using AI tools
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to generate tailored, campaign-ready content
• Work with external partners/proprietary services to extend automation
• Ensure security, observability, performance, and CI/CD best practices across the stack
• Other duties as assigned

About You
Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years of backend development experience (preferably Python)
• 3+ years of frontend development experience with a modern JavaScript framework (React, Vue, Angular)
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Experience with chatbot engineering, prompt engineering, and employing AI agents in integrated workflows
• 3+ years of relevant AI/ML engineering experience with shipped products
• Strong expertise in Generative AI and LLM application development
• Advanced Python skills; proficiency with
• Hands-on experience building and deploying LLMs and chatbots
• Proficiency with AI workflow/orchestration and automation tools
• Experience with AWS cloud services for AI/ML workloads
• Knowledge of prompt engineering strategies and evaluation techniques
• Background in automated testing/QA using AI tooling
• Experience collaborating with marketing and operations stakeholders
• Familiarity with design-to-code automation and enterprise data platforms (preferred)
• Strong problem-solving, rapid prototyping, and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize, deliver fast, and iterate based on feedback and metrics
