Bilingual Accountant/Bookkeeper (Bilingual in Spanish & English)

Monday - Friday, Full-Time position, PDT/PST Office Hours

About the role

  • Computing, classifying, and recording client financial transactions to ensure the accuracy of financial records for individuals and businesses.
  • Performing routine financial calculations, general ledger entries, and reconciliations.
  • Addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints.
  • Discussing technical aspects of services with clients.
  • Developing strong client relationships and becoming our clients' reliable point of contact.

About you

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field of study, required (work experience may be substituted for education)
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (native level required)
  • 2 years minimum experience using QuickBooks Online, required.
  • Willingness to obtain QuickBooks Advanced Certified ProAdvisor certification within the first six months of employment
  • 2 years experience in customer service
  • Experience in financial report preparation, required.
  • Experience preparing Payroll Tax Forms 940 and 941, required.
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
