Bilingual Accountant

**Location: Hybrid (4 days work from home, 1 day in our office at the Rodeo Club in**

**Medellín, Colombia)**

**Salary: $4,500,000 COP/month**

**Job Type: Full-Time**

**About the Position**:
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Accountant to join our team. This is a hybrid

position, where you will work remotely four days a week and spend one day a week at

strong accounting knowledge, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow

within the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain Colombian payroll and ensure accuracy in employee

payments and deductions.
- Process electronic invoicing in compliance with Colombian tax regulations.
- Experience with QuickBooks for accounting management.
- Experience with Siigo for financial and accounting reporting.
- Handle payments to suppliers and ensure timely transactions.
- Create accounting entries for the general ledger.
- Set up new employees and manage ARL (Labor Risk Association) registrations

and my payroll system entries.
- Manage Mi Planilla system for payroll reporting and tax compliance.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of Colombian accounting standards and local tax laws.
- C1 English level or higher (both written and spoken).
- Experience with QuickBooks and Siigo accounting software.
- Experience with Mi Planilla and payroll processes in Colombia.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- A positive, easygoing, and communicative personality with a desire to learn

and grow.
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently.
