Position Title: Case Manager (Personal Injury experience required)

Modality: Remote

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8-5 EST

Job description: We are specifically looking for someone with an excellent command of English and minimal accent, as this role will involve direct client-facing interactions. It is crucial that the candidate possesses above-average written communication skills and confidence in communicating with clients and insurance adjusters. Additionally, we require someone with exposure to personal injury cases and the ability to review AI output for accuracy and produce a quality product. A genuine enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced team environment is also a must.

Responsibilities: Case Management: Organize and maintain case files, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Track case progress and deadlines using case management software. Client Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and answering inquiries. Gather necessary documentation and information from clients promptly. Documentation & Filing: Prepare and file legal documents such as demand letters, medical record requests, and settlement packages. Ensure compliance with court requirements and firm standards. Coordination: Liaise with medical providers, insurance companies, and other third parties to obtain records and negotiate settlements. Assist attorneys with trial preparation and scheduling. Data Entry & Reporting: Maintain accurate records in case management systems. Generate reports on case status and performance metrics as needed.

Skills and qualifications - Hard and soft skills: Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a law firm, preferably in personal injury or litigation support. Technical Skills: Proficiency in case management software (e.g., Needles, Filevine, Clio). Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Soft Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Other Requirements: Understanding of personal injury processes and terminology. High attention to detail and confidentiality.
