We Are Hiring: Case Manager (Personal Injury Experience Required)
Remote
Monday–Friday | 8 AM – 5 PM EST
We're looking for a highly skilled Case Manager with outstanding English communication skills (both written and verbal) and minimal accent, as this role involves daily client-facing interactions. The ideal candidate is confident when communicating with clients and insurance adjusters, has experience in personal injury cases, and can effectively review AI-generated outputs to ensure accuracy and quality. A team-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for a fast-paced environment are essential.
Key Responsibilities- Case Management: Organize and maintain case files, track progress and deadlines using case management software.
- Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, provide updates, answer questions, and collect required documentation.
- Documentation & Filing: Prepare and file legal documents, including demand letters, medical record requests, and settlement packages.
- Coordination: Communicate with medical providers, insurance companies, and third parties. Assist attorneys with trial prep and scheduling.
- Data Entry & Reporting: Maintain accurate case records and generate reports as needed.
- Experience: 1–3 years in a law firm, preferably in personal injury or litigation support.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Needles, Filevine, Clio, and Microsoft Office.
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational and time‑management abilities, excellent written and verbal communication, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Other: Solid understanding of personal injury processes and terminology; high attention to detail and confidentiality.
