Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Colombia)

We are a law firm created by immigrants, for immigrants, representing clients nationwide in asylum, citizenship, family immigration, nonimmigrant visas, deportation defence, TPS, green cards, waivers, and consular processing.

Your Role

We are looking for a Trainer who is passionate about learning, innovation, and talent development.

You'll lead the creation and delivery of training programs that help our team grow, perform, and thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training strategies and onboarding programs.
  • Design interactive materials, manuals, and digital learning content that encourage engagement and knowledge retention.
  • Incorporate AI tools, gamification, and innovative methodologies into training programs.
  • Evaluate results and continuously improve the learning experience based on feedback and data.
  • Collaborate across departments to align training initiatives with company objectives.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in training, learning & development, or instructional design.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (C1 English required).
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organisational and creative abilities to design engaging learning experiences.

Preferred:

  • Experience in legal or immigration environments (desired but not required).
  • Proven experience using AI tools, gamification, or digital learning strategies to enhance engagement and performance.

  • Operating System: Windows 11 or higher
  • RAM: 16 GB DDR4 or higher
  • Processor: Intel i5 (10th Gen or newer) / Intel i7 (6th Gen or newer) / AMD Ryzen 5 or higher
  • Internet: Reliable high-speed connection
