Grow- is working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit a Trainer for their Gaming studios in Bogota, Colombia.
Position: Trainer
Location: Bogota, Colombia
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and update training materials for Game Presenters and Shufflers to ensure full knowledge of games and procedures
- Develop performance plans and set KPIs to enhance training quality
- Train staff on table game procedures, promoting high performance and professional growth
- Inspire trainees and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement
- Oversee training programs for new and current staff, collaborating with Shift Managers to address individual needs
- Work with Shift Managers to identify and meet team-specific training requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Advanced proficiency in English (at least B2), both written and spoken
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Positive, eager to learn, and grow professionally
- Passionate about coaching, with the ability to motivate and develop others
- Prior experience in iGaming or casino environments is a plus
- Experience designing and delivering training programs for casino dealers or similar roles
- Relevant certifications in casino operations or instructional design
