Como Influencer Marketing Executive en Publifyer , serás responsable de planificar y ejecutar estrategias de marketing enfocadas en influencers para conectar marcas con sus audiencias. Tus tareas diarias incluirán la gestión de campañas, colaboración con influencers y optimización de resultados. Este es un puesto de tiempo completo con modalidad híbrida, lo que significa que parte del trabajo se realizará desde nuestra oficina principal en Bogotá y el resto de forma remota.
Key Responsibilities
- Gestionar campañas de influencer marketing end-to-end.
- Identificar y coordinar influencers alineados a cada campaña.
- Supervisar entregables, timelines y cumplimiento de KPIs.
- Mantener comunicación constante con creadores y equipos internos.
- Apoyar en reportes y análisis de resultados.
- Proponer mejoras basadas en data y performance.
Requirements
- 2–3 años de experiencia en influencer marketing, social media o marketing digital.
- Conocimiento de Instagram, TikTok, YouTube y tendencias de contenido.
- Experiencia trabajando con influencers o agencias.
- Organización, buena comunicación y enfoque en resultados.
- Nivel intermedio de Excel / Google Sheets.
Nice to Have
- Experiencia en agencias o relaciones públicas.
- Conocimiento de herramientas de tracking, reporting o CRM.
- Experiencia con marcas regionales o internacionales.
