Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Consultant, based in Bogotá, D.C. The Sales Consultant will identify and engage potential clients, offer tailored consulting solutions, and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks will include developing client relationships, understanding customer needs, coordinating with internal teams, and helping to achieve sales targets while upholding Callzilla's commitment to delivering quality-first services.

Qualifications

Experience in Sales Consulting and Consulting to effectively identify and address client needs

Proficiency in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction to build trust and retain clients

Strong Communication skills for engaging with clients and collaborating with internal teams

Self-motivated, goal-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives

Strong understanding of both English and Spanish to engage with multilingual clients

What We Offer:


• 44-hour weekly schedule – Work From Home


• Base salary: $2,850,000


• Hiring bonus: $1,500,000 (paid in the 3rd month)


• Commissions: $1,800,000 – $2,000,000


• Direct contract with the company


• Ongoing training and development


• Equipment provided by Callzilla


• On-site training + remote operations (Mon–Fri, PST schedule)
