About The Company
Our client is a fast-growing consumer brand focused on driving online revenue across multiple digital storefronts. They operate across Shopify, TikTok Shop, Meta Shops, and email—requiring a highly skilled ecommerce operator who can fully own these channels end to end. The team moves fast, works collaboratively, and values detail-oriented, data-driven decision-making.

The Role
We are looking for an
E-commerce Specialist
who will take full ownership of the company's ecommerce performance across Shopify, TikTok Shop, Meta Shops, and email. This is a highly hands-on, operations-heavy role focused on conversion optimization, catalog accuracy, channel growth, and improving the customer buying experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run and manage Shopify, TikTok Shop, Meta Shops, and email marketing performance
  • Own CRO initiatives, A/B testing, analytics, and performance dashboards
  • Manage Shopify apps and AfterShip
  • Take full ownership of TikTok Shop, including catalog, SEO, UGC, affiliates, promos, thumbnails, and tagging
  • Fully manage Meta Shops (feed, error resolution, IG Shop collections, commerce compliance)
  • Own email campaigns and flows (transitioning from Mailchimp to Klaviyo)
  • Build landing pages via Canva using existing templates
  • Conduct weekly QA on listings, tags, and images
  • Collaborate on SEO, promotions, merchandising, and bundles to support growth initiatives

Ideal Candidate

  • 3+ years of ecommerce experience
  • Strong expertise with Shopify, TikTok Shop, Meta Commerce Manager
  • Strong analytics skills (GA4 required)
  • Experience with email platforms (Mailchimp and/or Klaviyo)
  • High attention to detail and fast execution speed
  • Proactive, organized, and comfortable with agile workflows
  • Excellent English and Spanish communication skills
