Influencer Outreach Specialist – E-commerce Growth | Remote | Immediate Start

Role Name: Influencer Outreach Specialist

Schedule: 10 hours per week, flexible schedule

Client Timezone: Australian Eastern Time

Client Overview: Join a rapidly growing e-commerce brand in the consumer products space that's successfully scaling through both paid advertising and organic marketing strategies. This innovative company recognizes the power of authentic influencer partnerships and is investing in systematic outreach to build meaningful creator relationships across Australia.

Job Description: You'll be the driving force behind expanding this brand's organic reach by connecting with influencers who can authentically showcase their products to engaged Australian audiences. This role puts you at the center of a growth strategy that values genuine partnerships over transactional relationships. You'll have the autonomy to research, identify, and engage with creators across all tiers while building the foundation for scalable influencer marketing operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify approximately 20 relevant Australian influencers daily across macro and micro tiers
  • Execute systematic outreach campaigns using proven message templates and strategies
  • Manage initial contact and relationship-building phases with potential brand partners
  • Maintain organized tracking systems for outreach efforts, responses, and partnership status
  • Support additional administrative and operational tasks to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with team to refine outreach strategies based on response rates and engagement
  • Scale processes and systems as the business and influencer program expand

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with social media platforms and influencer identification across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Strong research skills to identify creators who align with brand values and target demographics
  • Excellent written communication skills for professional, engaging outreach messages
  • Ability to work independently while consistently meeting daily outreach targets
  • Basic administrative capabilities and attention to detail for tracking and reporting
  • Bonus if you have experience in e-commerce, consumer products, or beauty/lifestyle industries
  • It helps if you're familiar with Australian social media landscape and creator communities
