At Eatable Adventures, we believe that driving agrifood innovation requires excellence in execution, teamwork, and bold ideas—and we're looking for a Project Manager ready to take on the challenge.

As a Project Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the
Colombia Agrifood Innovation Hub and driving consultancy projects across Colombia.
From coordinating project activities and ensuring timely delivery to preparing proposals and collaborating with clients, you'll help us deliver high-quality results that accelerate innovation across the food system.

Tareas

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination –
    Support and coordinate the technical execution of open innovation projects and hub activities

  • Timely Delivery –
    Ensure reports, documentation, and deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.

  • Consultancy Support –
    Participate in consultancy and innovation projects across Colombia, Europe, and the Southern Cone, contributing valuable research and insights.

  • Proposal Development –
    Collaborate on the preparation of commercial and consultancy proposals, ensuring alignment with Eatable Adventures' quality standards.

  • Operational Excellence –
    Maintain clear communication, thorough documentation, and proactive problem-solving to keep projects running smoothly.

Requisitos

  • Education & Background –
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Food Engeeniering, Economics, Innovation, or related field. 1–2 years of experience in project management, consultancy, or innovation roles (internships or junior positions welcome).

  • Organized & Detail-Oriented –
    You're a natural multitasker who thrives on structure and precision, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

  • Strong Communicator –
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English; comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders.

  • Analytical & Resourceful –
    Skilled in research and problem-solving, with a proactive approach to challenges.

  • Tech-Savvy –
    Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets, Drive, and Gmail); familiarity with project management tools is a plus.

  • Curious & Driven –
    Excited to learn, grow, and contribute to projects that shape the future of food innovation.
