Project Manager
who's passionate about bringing creative ideas to life.

You will lead complex initiatives, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure high-quality, on-time, and on-budget delivery in a collaborative and global environment.

What You'll Do

  • Lead projects through their entire lifecycle — from planning to delivery — ensuring timelines, budgets, and goals are achieved.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (creative, account, production, and more) across global, fast-paced environments.
  • Manage scopes, schedules, resources, and communication with key stakeholders.
  • Identify risks, streamline workflows, and document insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Designers, and Producers on creative and production deliverables.
  • Leverage tools like Teams, SharePoint, and Workfront to enhance efficiency and project visibility.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in project management, ideally in creative or advertising agencies.
  • Intermediate to advanced English
    (B2+)
    , as all communication will be in English.
  • Proven ability to lead and coordinate creative or production teams.
  • Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Solid understanding of budgets, timelines, and full project lifecycles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
