We are seeking a results-driven
Sr. Accounts Receivable Clerk
to take ownership of our billing cycles and cash flow optimization. This is a senior-level role designed for a subject matter expert who can manage complex portfolios while providing mentorship to junior team members.
The Role
- Financial Stewardship:
Manage the full-cycle AR process, from generating accurate invoices to ensuring the timely application of payments. - Portfolio Strategy:
Monitor aging reports and cash flow trends to identify risks and implement strategies to reduce delinquency. - Leadership:
Act as a mentor and coach to junior AR clerks, ensuring best practices across the department. - Audit & Compliance:
Prepare detailed financial reports and lead documentation efforts for internal and external audits.
What We're Looking For
- Experience:
3+ years of solid experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar senior finance role. - Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. - Language:
Advanced Bilingual English (
B2+ or higher
). - Technical Skills:
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in ERP/accounting software. - Analytical Mindset:
Strong ability to reconcile complex figures and interpret financial data.
