About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable (AP/AR) Specialist to manage financial transactions, support accounting operations, and ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and receivables. The ideal candidate has strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and experience with accounting software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts payable invoices, including verification, coding, and timely payment
  • Manage accounts receivable, including invoice generation, collections, and reconciliation
  • Monitor vendor and client accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
  • Prepare reports on payables, receivables, and cash flow as needed
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Collaborate with finance, procurement, and operations teams to support accounting processes

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in AP, AR, or accounting operations
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite, Xero, or similar)
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with vendors, clients, and internal teams
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles
  • Experience in reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies
  • Excel and data analysis proficiency
