Tu desafío

Liderar la ejecución de la estrategia de marketing de Caravela, enfocándote en la creación y gestión de contenido que impulse el posicionamiento de la marca, el engagement y la conexión con nuestras audiencias. Trabajarás de la mano con equipos interfuncioales para asegurar que cada pieza de comunicación esté alineada con nuestros valores, objetivos estratégicos y experiencia del cliente.

Algunas de tus responsabilidades

Trabajar de cerca con el
Brand Business Leader
para ejecutar las estrategias de marketing.

Implementar y supervisar campañas alineadas con los objetivos estratégicos de Caravela.

Asegurar la correcta ejecución de campañas en canales digitales, impresos y eventos.

Crear contenido relevante y atractivo para cada etapa del journey del cliente, desde el descubrimiento hasta la fidelización.

Liderar la gestión de contenido en todos los canales (redes sociales, sitio web, email marketing, presentaciones), cuidando la coherencia y la voz de marca.

Proponer ideas, estrategias y acciones que fortalezcan la identidad de la marca.

Coordinar el montaje y publicación de piezas gráficas en los canales definidos, cumpliendo los tiempos establecidos.

Buscamos a alguien que:

Sea profesional en
Marketing, Comunicación Social o áreas afines
.

Tenga
nivel de inglés C1
.

Cuente con experiencia comprobada en creación de contenido, gestión de campañas y marketing digital.

Tenga sólidas habilidades de redacción, edición y storytelling.

Disfrute trabajar de manera colaborativa en equipos autogestionados.

Maneje métricas de desempeño y estrategias basadas en datos.

Sea capaz de gestionar múltiples proyectos y prioridades de forma efectiva.
