We are looking for a highly creative Content Creator & Social Media Specialist to own and elevate TGTC's online presence across LinkedIn, TikTok, and Meta platforms. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who understands native content formats, is comfortable being on camera, and can independently ideate, produce, shoot, and edit both video and static content.

You will be the driving force behind our brand voice and storytelling—creating engaging, original content that resonates with founders, startups, and talent across the tech ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a content strategy for LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.

• Ideate, script, film, and edit high-quality short-form videos and static creatives.

• Act as on-camera talent for videos, stories, and other formats when needed.

• Ensure all content is native to each platform's style, trends, and audience behavior.

• Manage the content calendar and maintain consistent posting.
  

• Monitor performance, optimize based on analytics, and iterate quickly.

• Collaborate with leadership to convey our employer brand, culture, and value proposition through content.

• Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and/or LinkedIn.

• Comfortable being on camera and representing the brand.

• Strong video shooting and editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar).

• Ability to create high-quality static content (Canva, Figma, Photoshop, etc.).

• Deep understanding of what makes content perform on each platform.

• Creative mindset with the ability to generate ideas quickly.

• Strong storytelling skills and sense of aesthetics.

• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and turn ideas into polished content fast.

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Experience working with startups, talent acquisition, or B2B brands.

• Basic understanding of social media analytics and growth strategies.

• Ability to collaborate on broader brand and marketing initiatives.
