Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Assistant located in Bogota, D.C. The Account Assistant will be responsible for managing petty cash, overseeing credit control processes, and assisting in various accounting and finance activities. Duties will also include maintaining accurate records and performing communication tasks related to financial transactions.
Qualifications
- Experience in Credit Control and handling Petty Cash
- Background in Accounting and Finance practices
- Strong Communication skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience as an Account Assistant or in a similar role is an advantage
