About the Role:

We're looking for a creative and proactive Designer to join our team full-time This role is ideal for someone passionate about visual storytelling, design, and communication. You'll work closely with our marketing team to create compelling content for social media, marketing campaigns, and client deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce visual content for social media, digital marketing campaigns, and internal/external communications.
  • Create engaging presentations, pitch decks, and client-facing materials.
  • Design and produce websites and visual content across digital platforms.
  • Design and maintain visually appealing, user-friendly web pages aligned with Apertura's brand identity.
  • Organize and manage all visual content related to events, marketing, and advertising initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Develop creative visual concepts and assets for campaigns and projects.
  • Assist in designing templates, infographics, and other digital or print materials as needed.
  • Support event initiatives through on-brand design materials, signage, and promotional content.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or technical studies in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Multimedia, or related field.
  • 1 year of experience in a design-related role or recent graduate with a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency in English ( B2-C1)
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere, Canva) or equivalent tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and visual aesthetics.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience creating video content, animations, or motion graphics that bring ideas to life.
  • Understanding of branding, storytelling, and marketing principles to design with strategy and impact.
  • Curiosity for new trends, tools, and creative technologies that enhance visual communication.
