Role Description

As an International Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in helping companies succeed globally. Your responsibilities will primarily be outreach to create a path to potential business partners and conducting market research to support global expansion.

・Proactively generate leads by reaching out to potential clients and partners through calls, emails, and other communication channels.

・Build relationships with decision-makers, nurturing leads through the sales pipeline.

・Manage phone calls and inquiries, ensuring professional and timely responses.

・Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential leads and business opportunities across global markets.

・Assist in developing and executing global sales strategies to drive growth.

・Provide executive-level administrative support.

Terms & Hourly wage

Full time contractor 6 months contract (auto renewal if both party agree)

Work hours: More than 30~40 hours per week, Work shit is flexible based on project

Salary/rate: 400 JPY per hour (approximately 10K Colombian Peso per hour)

Qualifications

・Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience

・Experience in cold calling and outbound sales or lead generation

・Being able to work for a long-term (more than 1 year)

・Strong phone etiquette and communication skills

・Must be fluent in English (Business level)

・Proficiency in clerical and administrative tasks

・Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently

・Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

・Proficient in Google Suite

・Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

・Must have a computer, reliable internet connection, and a suitable environment for web conferences
