The Opportunity This is not a typical "country manager" role. This is to build it from scratch, own the region, be the face of Cadre opportunity.
We're looking for someone who combines:top-tier consulting pedigree + operational leadership + tech/AI services experience + insane client presence.You will shape our Colombian operations, grow and lead a world class team, and partner with major U.S. brands on AI driven transformations.If you've ever wanted to start something big, but with the backing of a high growth AI company this is that moment.
What You'll Lead & Own 1. Build & Lead Cadre AI ColombiaEstablish and scale our Medellín presence from the ground upBuild a high-performance consulting + delivery orgOwn culture, hiring, performance, delivery, and regional growth
2. Direct Executive Client Engagement (U.S. Brands)Act as a strategic advisor to C-suite and senior leadersDrive AI strategy, operational transformation, and solution designTranslate complex AI capabilities into real business outcomes
3. Lead Large Teams with Full P&L OwnershipManage and grow multi-disciplinary teams of 30+Oversee delivery, operations, staffing, and profitabilityEnsure execution excellence across consulting + AI implementation
4. Scale AI Professional ServicesBring consulting discipline into an AI-driven services environmentWork alongside engineers, data teams, and AI specialistsHelp shape Cadre AI's GTM, delivery methodology, and LATAM model
Who You Are (Profile)Top-tier consulting background (8+ years)Elite client-facing presenceYou've worked with or led large U.S. enterprise accounts.You influence executives. You create trust. You deliver results.Serious leadership experienceYou've led teams of 30+, run complex operations, and owned budgets/P&L.Deep experience in technology / digital / AI / pro servicesYou understand how technology gets built, delivered, and operationalized.C1+ English (mandatory)You can effortlessly lead high-stakes conversations with U.S. clients.Clear, articulate, executive presence is a must.Based in Medellín or willing to be here regularlyRole is remote within Colombia, but you should be well connected to the Medellín ecosystem.Startup energy + consulting disciplineYou can build with speed, lead with clarity, and execute with excellence.
