Customer Service Specialist – Order Management
, to join our team in Colombia
In this position you will play a vital role in accurate order processing and fulfillment. This role will provide customer support by processing, analyzing, and entering all order types including but not limited to: EDI, Fax, Email, RMA, Credit, Debit. The Customer Service Specialist - Order Management will collaborate with cross functional business partners including Customer Success, Customer Service, Inside Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing and Distribution Centers to facilitate an exceptional customer experience Must be able to speak English.

What your role will be?
- Manage the order lifecycle process for all customers in assigned portfolio of accounts (White Glove, HiPo & TechTouch)
- Manage RMA orders: entry, tracking, processing, call tag generation or transportation liaison for larger shipment, providing interdepartmental updates when applicable
- Credit/Debit: Enter and process credit and debit requests as needed to resolve order discrepancies.
- Accurate and timely order processing EDI & OCR: Perform day to day order processing duties which include releasing orders lines that require manual intervention due to PO discrepancies
- Review daily reports which detail order issues and present root cause analysis for repetitive issues or major
- Monitor aged lines reports and cancel or update order lines as needed
- Support Customer Service and Customer Success teams via email and phone regarding the order status, cancellation request and/or revisions
- Maintain customer cross reference tables
- Handle EDI error corrections within the Gateway.
- Ensure proper flow of orders between systems (EDI, Oracle, SFDC, OCR, Webstore)
- Review open orders for holds & errors (credit hold, inventory hold, price error, past due dates etc.)
- Identify, investigate, and resolve potential pricing errors/discrepancies on orders to avoid short payment of invoices.
What will you bring to Ansell?
- Associate degree preferred and/or equivalent experience
- 3+ years order entry experience
- Oracle experience preferred
- Salesforce or CRM experience
- Proficiency in MS Office
