What will you do?
Responsabilities:
This role is responsible for Accounts Operations, focusing on Accounts Payable, Payment Operations, and KYC case management. Key responsibilities include the accurate and timely processing of payments, invoices, and expenses while ensuring full compliance with internal controls and accounting policies. It involves conducting end-to-end KYC investigations, reviewing transactions in systems such as PeopleSoft, Scotia Connect, and FFT Terminal, detecting errors or unusual activity, and escalating inconsistencies when necessary. The role also supports SLA tracking, provides payment status updates, contributes to process improvements, and maintains updated Desktop Training Procedures (DTP), consistently applying the bank's risk culture in daily decision-making.

What do you need?
Skills:
1 year of experience in a high volume payment operations / accounts payable unit
The role seeks a University Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
Have a B1+ / B2 level of English, because you will work hand in hand with our headquarters in Canada.
