At Biz Latin Hub, we are looking for an
Accounting Supervisor
to join our team in Bogotá. If you have strong experience in accounting operations, enjoy leading processes for multiple clients, and want to be part of a collaborative and multicultural environment,
this opportunity is for you

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and oversee the full accounting cycle for assigned clients.

Ensure compliance with all Colombian accounting and tax regulations.

Review and validate financial statements and accounting reports prepared by the team.

Monitor and ensure the accuracy of official accounting books.

Provide guidance on accounting and tax matters, including regulatory updates.

Coordinate workload, priorities, and deliverables for the accounting team.

Communicate efficiently with clients, providing timely and professional support.

Requirements

Certified Public Accountant with a valid professional license.

3 to 5 years of experience in accounting roles, including supervisory or senior responsibilities.

Solid knowledge of Siigo software.

Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and leadership abilities.

Intermediate English level.

Desired Requirements

Experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.

Experience in audit or consulting firms is a plus.

Minimum 12 months of tenure in the previous role.

English level B2 or higher preferred.
