Financial Specialist
to strengthen our financial team in
Colombia

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Accounting, Finance, or related fields
    .
  • Minimum 3 years
    of experience as a
    Financial Specialist, General Accountant, or Finance Professional
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    taxes, transfer pricing, and compensation accounts
    .
  • Experience in
    structuring and managing financial and accounting processes
    .
  • Fluent English
    (spoken and written) – desirable.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Main Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze
    monthly financial statements
    .
  • Develop
    cash flow reports
    and
    weekly financial projections
    .
  • Conduct
    accounting analysis
    and control of budget execution.
  • Oversee
    monthly closings
    , evaluating results by cost center and identifying deviations.
  • Ensure proper
    cost allocation
    and maintain documentation for
    import operations
    .
  • Supervise
    tax preparation and declarations
    .
  • Support
    bank loans, credit lines, guarantees, and investment processes
    .

North Bogotá, Colombia


Work modality:
On-site, Monday to Friday
