Technical Leadership & Diagnostics

  1. Lead the diagnosis and resolution of high-impact, complex technical issues across electric passenger vehicles, buses, and trucks.
  2. Serve as the top technical escalation point for factory , ensuring rapid and effective resolution of critical field cases.
  3. Perform advanced root-cause analysis using data logs, vehicle telematics, system schematics, and engineering diagnostic tools.

Engineering Collaboration

  1. Act as the primary interface with China engineering teams for product issues, field case escalations, and improvement initiatives.
  2. Coordinate field findings into structured engineering feedback, supporting product improvements and technical change requests.
  3. Participate in validation and testing of engineering countermeasures before deployment to the field.

Operational & Process Management

  1. Lead and coordinate the formal technical reply to TMSA/government agencies and/or customer operations regarding field issues, incidents, or compliance‑related.
  2. Define and standardize advanced troubleshooting procedures and diagnostic workflows.
  3. Lead the implementation and verification of corrective actions across customer sites and workshops.
  4. Oversee the quality and consistency of technical case handling performed by Coordinators and Technicians A–C.

People Leadership & Capability Building

  1. Mentor and guide team staff, ensuring continuous skill development and readiness for high-complexity tasks.
  2. Lead technical capability assessments and performance evaluations for field technicians with trainer teams.
  3. Lead programs for emerging EV technologies, including HV battery systems, BMS logic, powertrain controls, and CAN/LIN communications.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  1. Analyze failure trends, define risk categories, and propose vehicle or process improvements based on field data.
  2. Present executive-level reports on critical failures, systemic risks, and improvement plans.
  3. Support the creation and improvement of service manuals, diagnostic procedures, and technical bulletins.
