Contract Type: Permanent, Direct with the company

Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Schedule adjusted to our headquarters in Cumming, GA)

Job Description

The Trade Marketing Analyst is responsible for designing, coordinating, and executing trade marketing strategies to strengthen product visibility, positioning, and sales across various channels. Their role includes launch planning, point-of-purchase (POP) materials management, organizing activations and events, analyzing market data, and managing the allocated budget. This position collaborates with marketing, sales, and external vendor teams to ensure the efficient and consistent execution of trade initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. (Required)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in trade marketing or marketing roles at consumer goods companies, BTL agencies, or marketing firms. (Required)
  • Experience in planning and executing product launches. (Required)
  • Management of point-of-purchase (POP) materials: development, purchasing, distribution, and implementation. (Required)
  • Coordination of promotional activities, tastings, events, activations, and trade shows. (Required)
  • Management and analysis of sales data and market information (Nielsen or other sources). (Required)
  • Experience in category management and display strategies. (Required)
  • Budget management for campaigns and commercial activities. (Required)
  • Fluent English (C1 level). (Required)
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI. (Required)

Functions

  • Plan, execute, and evaluate product launches.
  • Develop, manage, distribute, and oversee the implementation of point-of-purchase (POP) materials.
  • Coordinate promotional activities, tastings, events, trade shows, and brand activations. Analyze market indicators, sales data, Nielsen, and other sources to identify business opportunities.
  • Implement category management strategies to optimize product display and visibility at points of sale.
  • Manage the budget allocated to trade marketing initiatives, ensuring efficiency and goal achievement. Monitor campaigns, evaluate KPIs, and prepare performance reports.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and external suppliers.
  • Develop innovative activation and visibility proposals to strengthen brand positioning.
  • Oversee field execution and ensure compliance with guidelines and installed materials.
