We are looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst with ad knowledge to join our marketing team. You will be responsible for creating and executing online paid marketing strategies to increase our brand presence on social media platforms like TikTok Ads and other digital accounts, such as Meta Ads Manager.

**Responsibilities**

**Develop and Execute Paid Marketing Strategies**:

- Create and implement comprehensive online paid marketing strategies to enhance brand presence on platforms like TikTok and digital accounts such as Meta Ads Manager.
- Utilize knowledge of advertising platforms to optimize campaign performance and maximize ROI.

**Campaign Planning and Management**:

- Plan, execute, and monitor online advertising campaigns across various channels.
- Regularly analyze campaign performance metrics and make data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes.

**Budget Management**:

- Manage advertising budgets effectively to ensure cost efficiency and alignment with marketing objectives.
- Provide insights and recommendations for budget allocation based on campaign performance.

**Audience Targeting and Segmentation**:

- Conduct thorough audience research and segmentation to tailor campaigns to specific demographics and user behaviors.
- Optimize targeting parameters to reach the most relevant audience segments.

**Ad Content Creation**:

- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad content that aligns with brand messaging and resonates with the target audience.
- Ensure ad creatives meet platform guidelines and best practices.

**Performance Analysis and Reporting**:

- Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of marketing campaigns.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement based on performance data.

**Stay Updated on Industry Trends**:

- Stay informed about the latest trends and innovations in digital advertising and social media marketing.

**Qualifications**
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Professional with almost 2 years of experience in digital marketing and/or social networks.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their impact on digital commerce.
- Solid skills in copywriting. (Excellent verbal and writing skills)
- Strengths in communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the marketing team.
- Staying up to date with the changing technologies and marketing trends.
- Available to work on-site Barranquilla.
