Role Overview The Marketing Strategist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing all marketing initiatives for H.I.R.E Talent Group. This is a strategy‑led role focused on demand generation, brand positioning, marketing automation, and measurable outcomes. This role does not handle graphic design or creative production. Design and visual assets will continue to be managed by an external partner. The Marketing Strategist defines strategy, manages execution, builds systems, and delivers results. Key Responsibilities Develop and own the company’s overall marketing strategy aligned with business goals Plan and execute campaigns focused on client acquisition, candidate attraction, and brand growth Define messaging, positioning, and target audiences for the U.S. market Lead marketing initiatives across LinkedIn, email, website, and outbound campaigns Marketing Automation & CRM Management Own and manage marketing automation workflows across email, CRM, and outreach platforms Build and optimize automated campaigns for lead nurturing, follow‑ups, and re‑engagement Manage and maintain the CRM to ensure accurate lead tracking, segmentation, and reporting Align CRM stages with sales and recruiting pipelines Ensure clean data, proper attribution, and lifecycle tracking Create dashboards and reports to measure funnel performance and ROI Work with external design partners to provide clear briefs, timelines, and performance objectives Collaborate closely with leadership, recruiting, and business development teams Track, analyze, and report on marketing KPIs, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact Continuously optim```json .../..???......... ...` So I have Q... ... ........
