We are looking for an experienced
Business Analyst
with this requirements:

English Level C1

Experience with Healthcare

Mobile experience necessary, including:

  • Push Notifications
  • Reporting
  • Code pushes
  • Deep links
  • Mobile App Growth & Distribution Marketing — covering App Store Optimization (ASO/SEO), attribution and analytics (Appsflyer), performance reporting, and UX optimization for conversion and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate requirements-gathering sessions to capture stakeholder needs, priorities, and pain points.
  • Develop and maintain clear documentation such as business requirements, use cases, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
  • Translate stakeholder input into detailed, testable functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Collaborate with product owners, developers, and designers to ensure requirements are fully understood and implemented correctly.
  • Analyze workflows and systems to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process or product improvement.
  • Research market trends and best practices to inform recommendations and support continuous improvement.
  • Support product design and development by aligning business needs with technical capabilities and user experience goals.
  • Facilitate communication across teams, ensuring alignment between business, technical, and operational stakeholders.
  • Track action items, follow up on open questions, and document meeting outcomes to maintain project momentum.
  • Assist in developing training materials, process documentation, and user guides to support successful adoption of new systems or features.
  • Provide ongoing support by clarifying requirements and troubleshooting issues during implementation and post-launch.

Education and/or Experience

  • Experience in Business Analysis, Product Analysis, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • Experience with software development life cycles, Agile or Scrum methodologies, and project delivery best practices.
  • Familiarity with business systems, data management tools, or workflow automation platforms is beneficial.
  • Degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field preferred; or comparable hands-on experience

Skills and Competency

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex business concepts into clear technical documentation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Skilled in requirements elicitation, business process modeling, and data analysis.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency with standard business analysis tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, Excel, or equivalent).
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver business solutions that balance functionality, cost, and compliance.
