About the Role

We are looking for a
Client Growth Consultant
to join a fast-growing multinational organization and play a key role in strengthening and expanding relationships with our existing client portfolio.

This position is focused on
account growth, client retention, and opportunity expansion
, acting as a strategic partner to clients by understanding their business objectives and identifying ways to add value through additional services, solutions, or workforce expansion.

You will operate as a
trusted advisor
, ensuring long-term client success while driving sustainable revenue growth.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a relationship-driven professional with a consultative mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a client-facing role where impact and results are highly visible.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building strong, long-term relationships.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their business goals, operational challenges, and growth plans.
  • Identify and develop opportunities to expand services within existing accounts, including new roles, teams, or business functions.
  • Partner closely with internal teams to design solutions and prepare proposals aligned with client needs and objectives.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address risks, concerns, or opportunities to strengthen partnerships.
  • Track account activity, growth initiatives, and expansion progress through structured reporting.
  • Meet and exceed account growth and revenue targets.
  • Act as a strategic liaison between clients and internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and long-term value.

Requirements

Experience

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in account management, client success, or consultative sales.
  • Experience in staffing, outsourcing, or professional services is a plus but not required.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to identify client needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
  • Consultative and strategic approach to client management.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and goal-oriented.
  • Comfortable working with targets, growth objectives, and performance metrics.

Languages

  • English proficiency at
    C1 or C2 level
    (required).
  • Spanish proficiency is a plus due to the company's international footprint.
