At Accelero, we aren't just managing stores; we are pioneering the shift from traditional e-commerce to AI-Commerce. As we move into 2026, the landscape of Marketplaces and eCommerce are being redefined by artificial intelligence. We are looking for a bilingual Project Manager who is not only comfortable with this shift but is eager to lead our team through it.

Key Responsibilities

° AI Integration: Use AI tools (LLMs, automation, and data analysis) to optimize agency workflows, reduce manual tasks, and improve overall operational efficiency.

Bilingual Coordination: Serve as the bridge between English and Spanish-speaking brands and our execution teams, ensuring seamless communication.

Workspace Management: Master and maintain our digital ecosystem, ensuring all projects are organized and moving within , Slack, CRM, and Google Workspace.

°AI-Commerce Transition: Assist in transitioning brand strategies from traditional e-com to AI-driven commerce (predictive inventory, AI-generated creative, and automated customer journeys).

°Multi-Channel Oversight: Coordinate deliverables across Amazon, Walmart, Etsy, Shopify, and our Web Development department.

Required Skills & Experience

°Bilingual Mastery: Professional fluency in English and Spanish is a must.

The AI Edge: You must be an active user of AI tools and possess a deep curiosity to learn and implement new AI technologies as they emerge.

Platform Proficiency: Expert-level familiarity with , Trello, Slack, and Google Drive/Suite.

°Agility: Proven ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment where the "rules" of the industry change weekly.

°Domain Knowledge: Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, and Shopify. Other Marketplaces experience is a Plus.

Future-Proof Mindset: You understand that "E-commerce" is becoming "AI-Commerce" and can demonstrate how you adapt to and leverage these changes.
