Descripción del empleo

Estamos buscando un Especialista en Soporte de Equipos (Equipment Support Specialist) con gran atención al detalle para unirse a nuestro equipo. En este rol, serás responsable de garantizar el sacar fluido de todos los equipos de casino, desde la instalación y pruebas hasta la limpieza, el mantenimiento y la supervisión del rendimiento. Jugarás un papel clave para asegurar que nuestros equipos estén disponibles 24/7, incluyendo ruletas, máquinas barajadoras, verificadores de mazos y mesas.

Ubicación: El Poblado, Medellín.

Horario: rotativo semanal; turno de la mañana: 7.00 AM a 3.00 PM, turno de la tarde 3.00 PM a 10.00 PM

Responsabilidaded principales:

  • Instalar, limpiar, ajustar y regular equipos.
  • Realizar pruebas de funcionamiento de los equipos.
  • Realizar el mantenimiento y limpieza de: ruletas, máquinas barajadoras, verificadores de mazos, mesas de juego.
  • Supervisar y evaluar el rendimiento del equipo; tomar las acciones necesarias.
  • Asegurar la disponibilidad continua de los equipos las 24 horas, los 7 días de la semana.
  • Reportar oportunamente cualquier problema relacionado con los equipos.
  • Transportar cartas y equipos entre el almacén y las áreas de juego.
  • Organizar el uso e inventario de los equipos.
  • Supervisar las condiciones climáticas en las áreas de juego y almacenamiento.
Requisitos

Requisitos:

  • Educación secundaria completa.
  • Computacion avanzado.
  • Alto sentido de responsabilidad y atención al detalle.
  • Capacidad para cumplir plazos y trabajar tanto de forma independiente como en equipo.
  • Capacidad para trabajar bajo precion.
  • Discreción para manejar información confidencial.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos.
