para liderar la creación de nuestros
Agentes de AI autónomos
que redefinirán el servicio y soporte al cliente. Si te apasiona la

Tu Misión: El Core de la Innovación

Liderarás la arquitectura y el desarrollo backend de
Agentes de AI de próxima generación
para optimizar el servicio en RappiPay. Garantizarás la construcción de soluciones bancarias
escalables, seguras y robustas
mediante la orquestación avanzada de modelos (Gen AI), el uso de
RAGs
y la aplicación de metodologías de
observabilidad
para impulsar la eficiencia y el crecimiento.


Tareas y Responsabilidades Clave

Serás el pilar técnico para:

  • Liderazgo de Agentes:
    Diseñar, construir, desplegar y mantener Agentes de Inteligencia Artificial
    autónomos y robustos
    enfocados en el servicio bancario.
  • Arquitectura Backend y Microservicios:
    Liderar el diseño y desarrollo de aplicaciones backend y microservicios robustos con
    Python, Kotlin/Java y/o
    (utilizando frameworks como
    FastAPI, Spring Boot
    ).
  • Orquestación de LLMs:
    Implementar la lógica de negocio y la
    orquestación avanzada de modelos (LLMs)
    , asegurando la fiabilidad y escalabilidad en producción.
  • Seguridad y Cumplimiento:
    Implementar
    barreras de seguridad (guardrails)
    , políticas de contenido y cumplir la
    regulación bancaria
    .
  • Optimización de AI:
    Desarrollar y optimizar
    Prompt Engineering
    , gestión de
    embeddings
    y arquitecturas
    RAG (Generación Aumentada por Recuperación)
    para mejorar la precisión.
  • Observabilidad de LLMs:
    Definir e implementar un stack de
    LLM Observability (LangFuse, Splunk, Mezmo)
    , monitoreando KPIs clave y analizando el comportamiento de los agentes.
  • Infraestructura y Datos:
    Gestionar infraestructura en
    AWS
    , diseñando e integrando eficientemente
    PostgreSQL, Kafka, SQS y Redis
    para el procesamiento de datos en tiempo real.
  • Mentoría Técnica:
    Actuar como
    referente técnico senior
    , realizando
    code reviews
    exhaustivos y brindando mentoría.


¿Qué Buscamos en el Candidato Ideal?

  • Experiencia de 2 a 5 años
    como ingeniero de software con enfoque
    profundo y demostrable
    en
    Gen AI y la construcción de Agentes de IA en producción.
  • Formación : Profesional en Ingeniería de sistemas, informática o afines.
  • Experiencia práctica con
    LLMs
    y
    frameworks
    de IA aplicada:
    OpenAI, Anthropic, Bedrock, LangChain, Hugging Face, LiteLLM
    y herramientas de
    observability
  • Sólida experiencia en
    Python
    (Software Engineer). Conocimiento práctico de
    Kotlin/Java y
    (incluyendo Fast API, Spring Boot o similares).
  • Implementación práctica de
    Guardrails
    y arquitecturas
    RAG
    . Conocimiento avanzado en
    Prompt Management
    y
    fine-tuning
    .
  • Experiencia con
    Kafka, SQS, Redis
    y administración de bases de datos
    PostgreSQL
    . Principios de
    SDLC, Serverless y Microservicios
    .
  • Dominio de Programación Orientada a Objetos, estructuras de datos y algoritmos.
