AI Backend Engineer
que convierta modelos de IA en
servicios confiables, rápidos y escalables
integrados al core del producto.

Este rol no es research puro: es
ingeniería aplicada a negocio
.

Misión del rol

Diseñar, construir y escalar
servicios backend basados en IA
que automaticen procesos clave del negocio (reservas, atención, análisis, recomendaciones), garantizando
performance, confiabilidad y mantenibilidad
.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Diseñar y desarrollar servicios backend con IA
  • APIs que integren LLMs, embeddings y agentes directamente en flujos productivos.
  • Implementar arquitecturas RAG y pipelines de datos
  • Conectando datos internos, documentos y contexto del negocio para respuestas útiles y accionables.
  • Trabajar con múltiples proveedores de LLM
  • (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini / Vertex AI, Mistral), optimizando costos, latencia y calidad.
  • Procesar datos no estructurados
  • PDFs, texto libre, conversaciones, imágenes u otros insumos relevantes para el producto.
  • Construir backend robusto y escalable
  • Usando Python (FastAPI, Django) y buenas prácticas de arquitectura.
  • Optimizar performance y costos de IA
  • Caching, rate limiting, batch processing, observabilidad y fallback strategies.
  • Colaborar con Producto, Frontend y Data
  • Para llevar features de IA de idea → producción → escala.

¿Qué buscamos en vos?

  • +3–5 años de experiencia como backend engineer
    , idealmente en SaaS.
  • Dominio sólido de Python
    (FastAPI, Django).
  • Experiencia real integrando IA en producción
    , no solo pruebas.
  • Conocimiento práctico de LLMs, embeddings y RAG
    .
  • Experiencia con frameworks de IA
  • (LangChain, LlamaIndex, HuggingFace u otros).
  • Manejo de bases de datos PostgreSQL
    y sistemas de caché (Redis).
  • Experiencia con colas/mensajería
  • (Kafka, SQS u otros).
  • Buen criterio de
    arquitectura, código limpio y escalabilidad
    .

  • TypeScript /
  • Serverless / microservicios
  • Experiencia con cloud (AWS, GCP)
