Get Linked Up is recruiting on behalf of our client, a U.S.-based personal injury law firm, for an experienced Health Insurance Specialist to support subrogation and settlement-related matters.

Key ResponsibilitiesInitiate and manage subrogation calls with health insurance providers
Send Letters of Representation (LOR) and request Acknowledgment (AK) letters
Obtain, review, and analyze subrogation and lien documentation
Confirm balances and validate subrogation amounts
Contact subrogation departments to ensure ERISA status is identified and documented
Reconcile preliminary settlement figures and subrogation claims
Maintain accurate records and update internal case management systems
Communicate clearly with internal legal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolutions
RequirementsPrior experience in health insurance subrogation within personal injury cases
Strong understanding of ERISA vs. non-ERISA plans
Bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written) – required
Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Comfortable handling high-volume calls and documentation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work remotely with U.S.-based legal teams
Preferred QualificationsExperience working with U.S. personal injury law firms
Familiarity with medical liens and insurance recovery processes
Experience using legal case management systems (e.g., Filevine, SmartAdvocate, Needles)
