Estamos en la búsqueda de un(a)
Business Development Consultant (BDC)
que quiera ser el protagonista en la generación de nuevas oportunidades comerciales.
Estos son algunos requisitos del rol:
- Tecnólogo, profesional en administración de empresas, mercadeo, ingeniería industrial o carreras afines.
- Experiencia: 2 años en servicio al cliente, comercial, call center y/o ventas en frío.
- Conocimientos: En ventas consultivas.
- Manejo CRM (HubSpot).
¿Cuál será tu reto?
Serás responsable de identificar, prospectar y generar oportunidades de negocio alineadas a nuestro portafolio tecnológico, calificarlas en etapas tempranas (descubrimiento y desarrollo) y transferirlas estratégicamente al equipo de
KAMs
para su maduración y cierre exitoso.
Aquí podrás:
- Identificar y prospectar nuevas oportunidades comerciales en cuentas nuevas y existentes.
- Realizar contacto telefónico y seguimiento a bases de datos previamente prospectadas.
- Identificar las necesidades del cliente y mapear oportunidades alineadas con el portafolio de soluciones tecnológicas de la compañía.
- Generar y calificar oportunidades de negocio en etapa MQL, en nuevos mercados, sectores o cuentas estratégicas.
- Agendar y coordinar reuniones comerciales para los Key Account Managers (KAMs).
- Coordinar con los KAMs la creación y desarrollo de oportunidades en etapas tempranas, alineando las actividades de prospección con el equipo comercial.
- Registrar, actualizar y asegurar la calidad de la información comercial en el CRM.
- Cumplir con los indicadores de gestión (KPIs) definidos para el cargo.
