BDC Representative
to support one of our U.S.-based clients. This is a key role in our team, focused on managing customer relationships, turning leads into appointments, and delivering outstanding service.

Full-time | Permanent (Indefinite Term)
Resposibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to schedule appointments and follow up on inquiries.
- Convert leads into qualified appointments through effective, customer-focused communication.
- Keep customer records accurate and up-to-date in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand customer needs and resolve any issues promptly.
- Meet or exceed performance goals, including appointment conversions and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Stay informed about products, services, and industry updates to effectively handle customer questions.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities while consistently delivering high-quality service.
Requirements:
- English proficiency at C1
level or higher (written and spoken). - Bachelor's degree (would be a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Experience using Microsoft Office 365 and CRM platforms.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or business development is a plus.
