, we're looking for a
BDC Representative
to support one of our U.S.-based clients. This is a key role in our team, focused on managing customer relationships, turning leads into appointments, and delivering outstanding service.

Medellín, Área Metropolitana (Remote)

Contract Type:
Full-time | Permanent (Indefinite Term)

Resposibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to schedule appointments and follow up on inquiries.
  • Convert leads into qualified appointments through effective, customer-focused communication.
  • Keep customer records accurate and up-to-date in the CRM system.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand customer needs and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Meet or exceed performance goals, including appointment conversions and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Stay informed about products, services, and industry updates to effectively handle customer questions.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities while consistently delivering high-quality service.

Requirements:

  • English proficiency at C1
    level or higher (written and spoken).
  • Bachelor's degree (would be a plus).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office 365 and CRM platforms.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or business development is a plus.
