POSITION OVERVIEW
This opportunity is designed for experienced CFOs, former CFOs, and senior finance leaders who want to leverage their strategic finance expertise, executive credibility, and corporate networks in a high-impact, performance-based advisory role. As a Senior Key Account Manager - Corporate Finance, you will operate as an independent executive, originating and managing high-value corporate finance strategic alliances for medium, large, and corporate enterprises. You will act at peer level with CEOs, CFOs, Treasurers, Finance Directors, Investment Committees, and Boards, leveraging a platform with strategic alliances to leading global financial multinationals, including international banks, institutional investors, and insurance groups. This role offers access to global balance sheets, advanced structuring capabilities, and institutional-grade financial products, without the constraints of traditional employment.
STRATEGIC & COMMERCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Originate, structure, and manage executive-level corporate finance relationships.
- Target medium, large, and multinational enterprises across priority sectors.
- Leverage alliances with global financial institutions to deliver:
- Corporate credit and structured financing
- Syndicated and bilateral funding solutions
- Treasury, liquidity, and cash management optimization
- Capital structure and investment allocation strategies
- Risk management, insurance, and protection structures
- Act as trusted advisor to CFOs, Treasurers, Finance Committees, and Boards
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder negotiations involving institutional counter parties
- Own the full engagement lifecycle:
- Financial diagnosis
- Solution structuring
- Executive and board-level presentations
- Negotiation and closing
- Implementation coordination
- Ongoing governance and relationship management
- Develop account expansion strategies to increase long-term portfolio value

REQUIRED PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
Academic Background
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or Industrial Engineering.
- MBA, Master's in Finance, Corporate Finance, or Executive Management strongly preferred.
Executive & Corporate Finance Experience
- Extensive experience in corporate finance, treasury, structured finance, or capital markets
- Proven track record engaging directly with CFOs, CEOs, and Board of Directors.
- Proven success structuring and closing high-value corporate finance transactions, often involving institutional or multinational counterparties.
Financial Expertise
- Strong command of Corporate credit and financing structures, Treasury and liquidity optimization, Capital structure and investment analysis, Financial risk management and insurance integration.
- Financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Ability to translate complex financial structures into clear strategic outcomes for executive audiences.
Commercial & Relationship Skills
- Advanced consultative negotiation and executive stakeholder management.
- Long-term Key Account Management (KAM) with a focus on sustainable value creation.
- Experience managing large, multi-product corporate portfolios.
Technology & Tools
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and financial analysis tools.
- Ability to manage complex information flows across institutional partners.
Executive Communication
- High-impact financial storytelling tailored to C-suite and board-level decision-makers.
- Confident presence in high-stakes corporate environments.
Executive Presence & Relationship Authority
- Peer-level credibility with C-suite and board members
- Strong consultative negotiation and stakeholder management skills

COMPENSATION & ENGAGEMENT MODEL
This is not a salaried employment role. It is a senior executive commercial partnership.
- No fixed salary
- Formal freelance executive contract with transparent governance
- Highly competitive, uncapped commissions, aligned with institutional deal sizes
- Each closed corporate finance mandate may generate income equivalent to months or years of traditional executive compensation.
