MIsión

The Jr. Accounts Receivable Professional Collections SSC can be considered as the frontliner of the SSC AR organization. With his/her proactive communication and trustworthy collaboration with our customers he/she ensures to collect receivables in time and reduces our DSO as well as the amount of overdue receivables. Following the standard organizational procedures with our sales departments and the cash application and credit management team he/she reduces the number of dunning letters as well as disputes and thus enables a high customer satisfaction in the IBLA region.

Responsabilities

  • Prompt, proactive receivables follow-up with the aim of reducing overdue receivables and DSO and keeping them at a low level.

  • Proactive collaboration with sales and other finance departments as well as with our customers to reduce the cycle times for processing complaints and posting incoming payments.

  • Regular dunning & collection calls as well as written communication with our customers.

  • Documentation of attained information in SAP, Salesforce and Celonis to share with our cash application, credit management and sales teams

  • Active participation in the negotiation with our customers about payment plans, promise-to-pays and collaterals

Engage with the AR processes to gain a basic understanding of the difficult-to-collect accounts and those that present a high risk of non-payment.

Professional Skills

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or equivalent – Other professions may also can be considered.

2 years of experience in accounting or Collections Management.

English Desirable

Excel Intermediate level

Basic accounting knowledge
