We are seeking a highly skilled English-speaking executive assistant professional to join our team and elevate our operational efficiency. This is a remote job, so you can work from home.

As an executive assistant reporting directly to the owner, you will focus on providing comprehensive administrative and HR support, ensuring smooth daily operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support, excellent communication skills, and be comfortable handling a variety of tasks. You will collaborate with various teams to understand operational needs and provide effective solutions. ABOUT YOU:

  • Exceptional English communication skills. At least a C1 Level of English.
  • Proficient in typing and composing clear, accurate emails and managing schedules.
  • Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a strong desire to assist the team.
  • Highly dependable and dedicated to fulfilling administrative needs.
  • Maintains a positive and solution-oriented approach to challenges.

ABOUT THE POSITION:

  • Handle administrative emails and online communications.
  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments.
  • Assist with HR-related tasks, including onboarding and record-keeping.
  • Support general remote office administration and organizational tasks.
  • Work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week (Monday-Friday).
