Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and performance-driven
Paid Ads Marketing Manager
to own and scale our customer acquisition strategy across Meta Ads and Google Ads. This role will be responsible for driving profitable growth and scaling revenue 2–3x over the next 12–18 months.

This is a hands-on role combining strategy, execution, and optimization, ideal for a performance marketer who thrives in experimentation, data analysis, and autonomous decision-making.

Key Objectives

  • Scale ecommerce revenue through paid advertising to achieve 2–3x growth within 12–18 months
  • Maintain or exceed a 3.0+ ROAS while increasing ad spend
  • Profitably scale monthly ad budgets from $25K–$30K+
  • Build and execute a structured testing roadmap for creatives, audiences, and funnels

Key Responsibilities

  • Paid Media Strategy & Growth
  • Own end-to-end paid media strategy across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max)
  • Develop growth forecasts, experimentation plans, and performance benchmarks
  • Identify and test new audiences, creative angles, acquisition strategies, and landing page approaches
  • Campaign Management & Optimization
  • Create, manage, and optimize campaigns focused on ROAS, CAC, LTV, and MER
  • Build and manage full-funnel campaign structures including cold traffic, retargeting, and returning customers
  • Control budget pacing, bidding strategies, and scaling methods with a strong focus on profitability
  • Creative & Messaging
  • Write and test high-performing ad copy across formats
  • Collaborate with designers or freelance resources to develop ad creatives, hooks, thumbnails, and messaging
  • Analyze creative performance data and continuously refine messaging and positioning
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Produce weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
  • Analyze performance using Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Shopify
  • Implement structured A/B testing frameworks and document learnings to guide future strategy
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with leadership on revenue targets, forecasts, and promotional calendars
  • Partner with ecommerce and CRO teams to improve landing pages and conversion funnels
  • Support seasonal campaigns, promotions, and product launches

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid ads for ecommerce brands
  • Proven experience managing $25K+ monthly ad budgets with 3.0+ ROAS
  • Strong expertise in:

  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

  • Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max)
  • Conversion tracking, attribution models, remarketing, and audience strategy

  • Solid understanding of ecommerce KPIs: ROAS, CAC, MER, LTV, AOV

  • Demonstrated ability to scale spend profitably and troubleshoot performance drops
  • Experience working with Shopify and Google Analytics
  • Excellent written communication skills, especially for ad copy and testing documentation

  • Experience in fashion, accessories, or lifestyle ecommerce
  • Experience briefing or managing creative assets
  • Knowledge of CRO, landing page optimization, and A/B testing

Salary: USD $2,000–$2,500 / month
