Job Description:
An IT company is seeking a reliable and organized individual for a remote Office Assistant role. The position involves general office support, basic bookkeeping, and communication management.
Responsibilities:
- Reply to emails and handle basic administrative tasks
- Manage records and spreadsheets in Excel
- Perform bookkeeping using QuickBooks Desktop Process and track payment information
- Maintain organized files and ensure confidentiality
Requirements:
- Experience in Admin or bookkeeping (preferred)
- Knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop and Excel
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Reliable internet and ability to work independently
- Available Monday -Thursday, 9 AM- 5 PM (32 hours/week)
