Tu rol y responsabilidades

En este rol, tendrás la oportunidad de ser responsable de la venta de productos/sistemas/servicios dentro del segmento Building Automation para nuestra unidad de negocio de Electrification. Cada día, alcanzarás tanto objetivos de ventas cualitativos como cuantitativos para garantizar un crecimiento sostenible de pedidos, ingresos, rentabilidad, participación de mercado y satisfacción del cliente.

También demostrarás tu experiencia identificando y desarrollando nuevas oportunidades de ventas dentro del segmento asignado.

El modelo de trabajo para el rol es: Hibrido

Este rol contribuye a la apertura de mercado y posicionamiento de nuestra línea de productos en el segmento de Building Automation.

Serás principalmente responsable de:

  • Apertura de mercado en los productos de Building Automation (Iluminación, clima y gestión de energía)
  • Establecer y mantener relaciones efectivas con los clientes para comprender sus necesidades, promover su conocimiento de la oferta completa de productos/sistemas/servicios de ABB y alinearte con ellos para brindar una solución.
  • Realizar revisiones periódicas de estado y proponer planes de recuperación en caso de cualquier posible déficit de pedidos.
  • Crear valor añadido para el cliente y ABB, asegurando el éxito de transacciones, contratos y propuestas mediante el uso de técnicas de ventas efectivas.

Calificaciones para el rol

  • Experiencia mínima de 4 años en posiciones similares (en el segmento de Building Automation: iluminación, clima y gestión de energía)
  • Formación académica en ingeniería eléctrica, electrónica o carreras a fines
  • Conocimiento en protocolos bacnet, KNX, modbus
  • Manejo del idioma ingles
  • Buenas habilidades de comunicación y negociación
  • Disponibilidad para viajar
