Como Ejecutivo/a de Ventas de Seguros en MAGUM, serás responsable de identificar y desarrollar oportunidades de negocio, gestionar una cartera de clientes y asesorarles sobre las mejores opciones de seguros que cubran sus necesidades. Además, participarás en la planificación de estrategias de ventas y en la consecución de objetivos comerciales. Este es un puesto a tiempo completo que se desarrollará de forma presencial en nuestra oficina en Barranquilla.
Requisitos
- Conocimiento en técnicas de ventas, atención al cliente y negociación.
- Capacidad para analizar las necesidades de los clientes y ofrecer soluciones personalizadas en seguros.
- Habilidades interpersonales y capacidad para establecer relaciones a largo plazo con los clientes.
- Comprensión de los productos de seguros y del mercado, así como habilidades analíticas para interpretar datos.
- Se valorará experiencia previa en sectores relacionados y manejo de herramientas tecnológicas para gestión comercial.
