Description

As a People Attraction Partner, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process for a wide range of high-volume roles, including sales associates, merchandisers, and other retail-focused positions. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and execute recruiting strategies that ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of the recruiting process, from posting job ads and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers.
  • Use creative sourcing strategies to attract a large volume of candidates for multiple roles (e.g., job boards, social media, referrals).
  • Review resumes and conduct phone screens with potential candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand specific staffing needs, provide candidate updates, and ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet ongoing and seasonal hiring demands.
  • Maintain accurate candidate data and workflows in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure compliance and track hiring metrics.
  • Coordinate with the HR team to provide a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • Strong customer service orientation with effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience recruiting for sales, merchandising, or other retail-focused roles is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and candidates simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and committed to meeting hiring goals and deadlines.
  • Strong critical-thinking skills and creativity in solving recruitment challenges.
  • Collaborative mindset to work effectively with recruitment and HR teams.
