What are we looking for?

As our
Business Process Analyst
you will analyze and optimize reinsurance processes across the entire value chain, ensuring alignment, transparency, and efficiency across functions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional environment and enjoys translating complex operational workflows into actionable improvements.

Main responsibilities:

  • Map, document, and analyze reinsurance processes across the full value chain (Underwriting, Claims, Finance, Reserving, etc.)
  • Identify process gaps, control weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement
  • Facilitate workshops with cross-functional teams to define "as-is" and "to-be" workflows
  • Support system integration and automation initiatives
  • Monitor process performance and efficiency
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of governance and documentation frameworks
  • Organize and deliver training sessions for process and changes

Essential qualifications, skills and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or related discipline
  • 5-6 years' experience in reinsurance or insurance operations, with exposure to all functions across the value chain
  • Strong analytical and process modeling skills (BPMN, Visio, or similar)
  • Understanding of insurance underwriting, accounting flows, and claims concepts
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • English (spoken and written)
  • Proficiency in MS Office

Desirable (Nice to have):

  • Lean Six Sigma certification (Green/Black Belt) or equivalent
  • Experience with VISIO tool and the SIPOC mapping
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel)
